Welcome to Heaven Haven Hair Co. LLC. Before booking an appointment, please take a moment to review the policies, procedures, and waivers. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for everyone.
✍️ Client Service Waiver
By receiving services, each client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. I understand that all services are performed by a licensed natural hair braider in accordance with South Carolina State Board of Barber Examiners standards.
2. I understand that Heaven Haven Hair Co. LLC is not responsible for any irritation, discomfort, or allergic reactions that may result from products or tension applied during styling.
3. I confirm that my hair and scalp are free of sores, infections, or contagious conditions at the time of my appointment.
4. I release the braider from any liability related to pre-existing scalp conditions, breakage, or damage caused by prior chemical or heat treatments.
5. I understand that results vary depending on hair type, texture, and individual maintenance.
6. I have received and reviewed the Licensed Braiders Client Care & Safety Policies and agree to follow the preparation and aftercare instructions provided.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS AND AGREEMENTS 🤝
At Heaven Haven Hair Co. LLC, I require a deposit to secure your appointment. Please note that all deposits and pricing are final. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that I can dedicate my time to providing you with the best possible service. I indeed appreciate your understanding.
✨ To keep your visit comfortable and stress-free, please follow these guidelines:
- Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book.
- There is a 10% deposit required for hairstyles that exceed over $200. This is not refunded for no call no show, late over 15 mins without contact and also rescheduled appointments later than a 24 hour notice. Time is valuable, respect is always appreciated
- Timing: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may need to reschedule.
- No Children: Children are welcome only if booked for services (ages 12+)
- No Extra Guests: My space is cozy and designed for clients + Licensed Braider only.
- Hair Prep: Please arrive with clean, detangled hair. Extra prep may require an additional fee.
- Cancellations: Must be made 24 hours in advance. No-shows will result in loss of future bookings.
- Health & Safety: Services may be refused if hair/scalp conditions are unsafe.

Your well-being and satisfaction are my top priorities. I adhere to strict sanitation and disinfectant protocols ensuring a clean and safe environment indoors with a secluded space. I also value your time and strive to manage appointments efficiently. To achieve your desired hairstyle goals, clear communication is key. I'm here to listen and collaborate with you every step of the way.
Sanitation & Disinfection Protocol
Cleanliness and safety are top priorities. All tools, surfaces, and equipment are maintained according to South Carolina State Board of Barber Examiners sanitation standards to ensure a clean and professional environment for every client.
Disinfection Procedures:
1. All combs, clips, parting tools, and reusable implements are thoroughly washed with soap and warm water to remove all visible debris after each use.
2. Cleaned tools are then immersed in an EPA-registered disinfectant solution according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
3. Disinfected tools are rinsed, dried, and stored in a clean, closed container until the next use.
4. Workstations, chairs, and other surfaces are wiped down and disinfected between every client.
5. Capes, towels, and draping materials are single-use only and are laundered in hot water with disinfectant detergent after each client.
6. Disposable items such as gloves, neck strips, are discarded immediately after each use.
7. Hands are washed and sanitized before and after every client service.
*These practices are strictly followed to maintain a safe, sanitary, and professional environment for everyone.
🩺 Scalp Health & Infection Control
The health and safety of every client begin with a clean, healthy scalp. During each appointment, the braider performs a visual inspection of the scalp and hair before any service begins.
If any open sores, redness, irritation, excessive flaking, or signs of infection are present, services will be postponed to protect both the client and the braider.
Clients with scalp concerns may be referred to a licensed medical professional for evaluation. A doctor’s note clearing the scalp will be required before future services can be performed.
The braider reserves the right to decline any service that could compromise sanitation, health, or professional standards.
