4. Children’s Services

Eligibility: Ages 12 and older only.

Children must arrive with hair clean, dry, and fully detangled.

A parent or guardian must remain reachable by phone during the appointment.

 

5. Consultation & Client Education

•Every service begins with a professional consultation to assess hair health, style goals, and expectations.

•Clients receive guidance on maintenance, scalp care, and protective styling practices.

•All services are performed with natural hair techniques.

•Braid hair is included for extension services, or clients may bring their own hair if preferred. Prices remain the same regardless of hair provided.

•A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for booking, to secure your slot.  This will be deducted from your total cost after services.

•There is a 10% deposit required for hairstyles that exceed over $200.00. This is not refunded for no call no show, late over 15 mins  without contact and also rescheduled appointments later than a 24 hour notice. Time is valuable, respect is always appreciated.
